Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide patients regarding services, appointments, treatments, and procedures.
  • Respond to patient queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Provide clear information about healthcare services, billing, insurance, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update systems with call details and outcomes.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • B. Pharma / D. Pharma / Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  •  Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft office.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and any of these regional languages - Kannada, Tamil, Odia, Bengali, Gujrati, Malayalam or Telegu.
